Cancellation Policy

Pricing Starts at $1.50 per pound with a $30 minimum order. All Laundry is weighted before washing and the total is confirmed before service begins. free pickup and delivery is included. same-day and rush services are available for an additional fee. Customers must be available during the scheduled pickup time or provide clear drop off instructions. If we are unable to access your laundry at the scheduled time, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled. For cancellations or rescheduling, please notify us in advance, We reserve the right to decline or reschedule orders based on availability, location, or order size. Orders under the #30 minimum will be charged the difference
